The name of this restaurant, which means "truth" in Latin, is the perfect way to sum up their culinary philosophy: working with the finest produce to achieve its true flavour. Unique restaurant in Malaga that has a large traditional hand-built oven used to cook meat from some of the best breeds in the world, such as Hereford, Charolais, Limousin and Simmental. Their bluefin tuna also deserves a special mention. They have a tapas menu, set menu for groups and halal menu. Well-chosen, select wine list.
