This project by Juan Guillamón (Almo) and Pepe Morales (Demo) was born with the aim of becoming a national benchmark bar. The space revolves around an impressive six-and-a-half-metre counter, complemented by high tables with stools and an outdoor terrace. The menu combines typical Murcian aperitif dishes with grilled meats, fresh daily products and catch of the day. Highlights include lobster tigre, caballitos (battered prawns on skewers), pepper stuffed with oxtail, calamari sandwich and more. Friendly atmosphere, attentive service and prices that make you want to linger. They don’t take bookings, so you may have to wait. One to keep an eye on.
