In the heart of the Ribera, a sober dining room with linen-draped tables welcomes around fifteen guests. This restaurant is a heartfelt tribute to the vegetable garden. Seasonal produce, much of it from their own land or small local growers, forms the basis of a creative plant-based cuisine in constant evolution. The tasting menu changes with the seasons and may include artichokes, courgettes, asparagus, aubergine, tear peas, baby broad beans and much more. Dishes that celebrate the ingredient without artifice, a well-chosen wine cellar and a team that conveys true passion for what they do. A highly interesting proposal where vegetables are given the place they deserve.
