In the heart of Cambados, surrounded by stone walls and natural light, chef Yayo Daporta creates a contemporary take on Galician cuisine that is rooted in the environment. The sea and the vegetable garden take centre stage: sea bass, razor clams, barnacles and seasonal vegetables. The two tasting menus change according to the season and are rounded off with Galician-inspired desserts and a wine cellar that is strongly committed to local wines, curated by Esther, his sister and sommelier. Attentive service, a well-paced experience and an elegant dining room that needs no embellishment.
