In Cambados, within the hotel of the same name, lies a classic and elegant dining room with the charm of another era. The cuisine pays tribute to Galician tradition: fish and seafood from the estuary and comforting fish stews. Highlights include a salpicón (seafood salad) that has become truly legendary, stewed monkfish, grilled sole and, to finish, almond millefeuille with strawberries and mascarpone or filloas (crepes) as thin as they are irresistible. All perfectly paired with local Albariños. When something has been shining for over a century, there must be a reason.
