Río de La Plata

Founded in 1958, this is one of the city’s most historic restaurants. It serves traditional, home-style cooking of the kind that’s hard to find these days: flawlessly executed and based on quality ingredients. The extensive menu includes everything from soups, broths and stews to excellent meat and fish dishes. The long-standing team provides attentive, old-school service. The dining room is a throwback, with linen-draped tables. There’s also a bar for casual bites and a terrace. A classic in the city where time seems to have stood still.
