Chef Omar Mitchell has moved from his native Detroit to Santo Domingo to present refined international cuisine accompanied by attentive service. The menu is centered on top-quality ingredients treated with technique and elegance. Dishes include cod with tamarind, blueberry-glazed lamb chops and cuts such as Wagyu, which are rarely seen in the city. There is also a sushi tasting menu. For a more personalized experience, two long linen-draped tables at the entrance offer a tasting menu with creative touches and the chef’s close attention. Closed on Mondays.
