Despite having changed ownership several times, this restaurant, which first opened in 1946, remains a go-to spot for fresh fish and seafood. The street-facing display case is iconic, showcasing sole, grouper, prawns, crabs, and barnacles sourced from various ports across the peninsula. The prawn salad is among the best in the city, and the rice dishes and fish cooked to diners’ liking are also highly popular. Be cautious with off-menu items, as they can significantly increase the bill. The establishment features a bar with high tables for snacks, two dining rooms, and a terrace. It does not disappoint.
