Here, the wood-fired clay oven—fed with holm oak—is the star of the show. In it, milk-fed lambs from Sacramenia and local suckling pigs are roasted in the traditional way. The menu is extensive and varied, with a strong focus on meats, and includes several set menu options to suit all kinds of diners. The dining rooms are simple yet comfortable, with linen-draped tables, and there's also a small bar for pre-meal snacks. The pleasant terrace, with distant views of the aqueduct, adds another charm to this well-executed take on traditional cuisine.
