A true classic of Castilian cuisine in Pedraza. To reach the restaurant, you pass through a garden terrace surrounded by arbutus—perfect for summer meals. Inside, a bar and several dining rooms spread across two floors create a warm, traditional atmosphere. In their wood-fired oven, lamb and suckling pig are roasted to perfection, accompanied by dishes such as local judiones beans, venison medallions and Castilian soup. For dessert, the homemade Segovian ponche is a must. They offer various set menus to suit all tastes. An ideal spot for family gatherings.
