In the heart of Pedraza’s Plaza Mayor, this restaurant occupies a 16th-century house that preserves its original structure. Open since 1975, it’s one of the town’s most popular grill houses thanks to their traditional Castilian cooking. The house specialities are roast suckling lamb and suckling pig cooked in a wood-fired oven, though the lamb cutlets, judiones beans from La Granja and lamb stew also stand out. The rustic, welcoming venue features several dining rooms and a lovely terrace, all with a family atmosphere and good service. Booking is essential at weekends.
