Creative cuisine with local products and international touches in the centre of Teruel. The offering is short but spot-on, designed for sharing and enjoying without hurry. Among the highlights: scallops with ponzu, oxtail brioche, ternasco lamb shoulder and a creamy cheesecake made with Santa Eulalia cheese worthy of applause. Beautifully presented dishes, sauces that beg for bread, sensible wines and finely tuned desserts. Booking is recommended, as the dining room is small. Still finding its rhythm, yes, but with a promising future.
