Vicent Guimerà is at the helm of this project that integrates the slow food movement, using local ingredients from their own garden and nearby areas, circular economy, and sustainability. You can choose between the à la carte menu, their tasting menu, and a vegan menu. Exquisite dishes that respect the ingredients. Everything is served on tableware made by local artisans.
