Chef Xavier Martí, who comes from a family of cooks and fishermen, offers traditional seafood cuisine with modern techniques and fusion touches. While there is an à la carte option, the best experience is through one of his limited-edition tasting menus, which highlight seasonal ingredients. These menus showcase bold flavours and creativity, with dishes like electric oyster, creamy rice with sea urchin and red prawn or beach crayfish with beurre blanc and caviar. The service is attentive, with the chef himself visiting tables to explain the dishes. A great discovery.
