Founded by Adolfo Muñoz in the late 1970s, this restaurant is a classic in Toledo’s historic centre. It's housed in a 12th-century building with a stunning vaulted ceiling and a patio with natural light. The kitchen is now run by his son Javier, who presents a single seasonal tasting menu that respects tradition while incorporating a contemporary, healthy and sustainable approach. Standout dishes include scarlet prawns, rock sea bream and the iconic red partridge. With an extensive wine list, a visit to its fantastic underground cellar is a must. A true reference.
