In the heart of Toledo’s Jewish quarter, this restaurant takes its name from the building’s original use. Their proposal pays tribute to traditional Toledo cuisine, with a few modern touches. Many of the ingredients come from their own organic farm, dedicated to both agriculture and livestock. The à la carte menu, tasting menu and daily set menu feature dishes such as beef carpaccio, roast Manchego lamb and Toledo-style partridge cannelloni. The restaurant offers a spacious, bright dining room and a terrace that’s perfect for fine weather.
