Located in the historical quarter of Sagunto in an old brick house with wooden beams and plenty of light. Despite her young age, Chef Vicky Sevilla has received numerous accolades. She offers two tasting menus with six or eight dishes, all local and market-fresh cuisine with a signature touch. The asparagus and teardrop pea ice cream or grilled eel in three textures are pure luxury. A meal to enjoy with all of your senses. Very professional service. It’s recommendable to take the train and walk the ten minutes to the restaurant. A fantastic experience.
