Its name comes from Valencia’s iconic cremaet coffee, made with flambé rum, lemon rind and cinnamon. Naturally, it has to be tried in this bar. Open from first thing in the morning serving breakfast and mid-morning esmorzarets until midnight. Classic food with a few modern touches that is perfect for sharing. Tapas and snacks such as slow-cooked pork scratchings, salad and artichokes with egg yolk and cured beef. They also serve both dry and creamy rice dishes and fixed dishes such as dry cocido rice on Tuesdays and crab stew with fried egg on Thursdays. Fast, friendly service. Very bright establishment with a large terrace in a pedestrianised area.
