Located inside Valencia’s central market with the same opening times. The establishment consists of a bar counter and they don’t take bookings. Ideal for esmorzaret if you fancy a Valencian-style brunch, although it’s also a good option for gourmet tapas. Short à la carte menu featuring top-quality products. The roast chicken croquettes, spicy potatoes, aubergine in soy and miso sauce, and grilled pig’s ear with mojo picón sauce are excellent. They only do three types of sandwich but they’re all very popular. Extensive wine list. A place to feel the city vibe.
