This restaurant offers a globetrotting, playful and well-executed cuisine through a short menu of original dishes. There are plenty of surprises, such as fried cauliflower with gochujang and tartare sauce, sweetbreads with barbecue sauce and Parmentier, or stracciatella with bonito, pineapple chutney and fried corn. Service is friendly, and the space is simple and functional, with no grand pretensions. An interesting address in the Cabanyal neighbourhood, well away from the more traditional options.
