Recently opened in the Cabanyal neighbourhood, this restaurant defines its cuisine as "free-style" because they adapt recipes from around the world according to the seasonal products available locally. Very successful à la carte options and two tasting menus with creative combinations of flavours and textures. Some of the legendary dishes are artichokes, rabbit terrine and beef sweetbreads. Good wine list and fast service. The black-painted facade creates a mysterious aura. The interior is small with an edgy décor and an open kitchen visible from all the tables. Quite a discovery.
