Carefully prepared signature cuisine with personality. This unique creation offers a single menu with six savoury dishes and a dessert, all prepared with seasonal products. Six tables for a total of twelve guests, where everyone eats at the same time. Very well-organised dining area with an open kitchen and ongoing conversation with the chef. Surprising creations, from tomatoes from an exclusive supplier, to rice with cherries and other incredible combinations of flavours and textures. Be sure to check the timetable in advance, as they do not open every day. A fabulous experience.
