Located in a typical house in Cabanyal, the restaurant has a large dining area with high ceilings and brick walls, plus a fantastic mural-adorned outdoor seating area. The fare here is a fusion of Mediterranean and international cuisine, and many of their dishes have that flame-grilled touch. Thus the name: "fum" (smoke) and "ferro" (iron). The menu includes the smoked octopus hot dog, crispy block of pork with a hint of smoke, pulled pork bun, lacquered Peking-style pork belly with hoisin sauce and giardiniera, or different types of meat, among a variety of other options. Also a favourite for their Valencian-style brunch sandwiches. A charming place.
