Proposal from Chef Ricard Camarena in a modern space on the ground floor of the Colón Market. He offers Mediterranean cuisine with a special focus on greens from the Valencian vegetable gardens, fish and rice. A festival of flavours and textures. Some of the dishes date from early periods at his gastro restaurant. The roasted carrots with mushroom stroganoff sauce, the rock octopus stew rice and, for dessert, the coffee with burnt milk come highly recommended. As well as the à la carte menu they have a set menu that includes rice. Attentive staff and an interesting wine list. You can't go wrong.
