Some of the dishes date from early periods at his gastro restaurant. Deceptively simple preparations, like roasted peppers and flame-grilled aubergine, take on a new dimension here. A festival of flavours and textures. As well as the à la carte menu they have a set menu that includes rice. Attentive staff and an interesting wine list. You can't go wrong.
