This project by the Los Gómez Group pays tribute to Paco Gómez, the founders’ father, with Mediterranean cuisine centred on fresh products, tradition and Valencian recipes. Meat takes centre stage, with matured picanha, T-bone steak, marrow and other cuts, accompanied by rice dishes, fish and starters to share. The elegant venue is spread over three floors and features private dining rooms and a supervised children’s area at weekends. A destination designed for those who particularly enjoy good meat.
