In the style of the small restaurants of Cabanyal, with one person in the kitchen and another in the dining room, this bistro of barely five tables offers an experience with a French soul. The proposal is built around an à la carte menu and several reasonably priced menus, with local product, much of it from their own kitchen garden, and rarely seen flavour combinations. Courgette flower with prawns and sage, sweetbreads with cauliflower and olive, and duck with cherries are among the favourites. The wine list pairs well with the food and brings the odd surprise. One to keep an eye on, as it will continue to evolve.
