A classic in Valencia for the produce and service, specialising in rice dishes, fideuá noodles and seafood platters. They offer quality starters, a little different from the usual fare: crystal tuna roe, tomato and anchovy salad with wholegrain mustard, and scarlet shrimp with sobrasada sausage. For the next course, their classic paellas and soupy rice dishes are excellent. Many of the dishes can be prepared to take out. The venue is spread across two floors with a discreet décor and linen-draped tables. There’s also a terrace. The quiet ambiance makes it ideal for business lunches.
