Located on the ground floor of a typical house in the Cabanyal neighbourhood, this restaurant has been serving up traditional Valencian cuisine for more than thirty years. Grey mullet salad, "dirty" squid, different types of all i pebre (fish with garlic and paprika), good fish and high-quality rice dishes that must be ordered in advance. Prices are a bit on the high side, but are matched by the quality of the dishes. Good service, by the owner herself. Charming and classic establishment with a pleasant atmosphere. A classic in a growing neighbourhood. Always a hit.
