Their chef, Bernd Knöller, a German who fell in love with Valencia, decided to settle down in the city years ago and offer creative Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant offers five tasting menus, each with a different number of dishes and wine pairing options. There’s also an à la carte menu. Specialities include vegetable dishes and fish, which are cooked to perfection and paired with German wines for an interesting combination.
