Located in San Antonio de Benagéber, this restaurant offers an honest and deeply personal take on regional cuisine. In an intimate space with just six tables and a large central island open to the dining room, three tasting menus showcase Valencian vegetable gardens, locally sourced ingredients and a contemporary approach. The entire wine list, as well as the cheeses and olive oils, are Valencian, reinforcing a coherent and deeply local identity. Highlights include the duck royale with eel and apple, or the roasted apple dessert. Even carob reclaims its place as “the poor man’s chocolate”. A memorable address that leaves a lasting impression.
