Situated in one of the old two-storey fishermen's houses in the Old Port of Getxo, this tavern is the little sister of the mythical Taberna Arrantzale. It has seafaring details and the wooden beams shelter the space to create an intimate atmosphere. Traditional homemade market cuisine with the emphasis on seasonal and local products. Portions to share and a good menu for groups. The dishes include tomatoes in season, long-finned tuna, and kokotxas in pilpil sauce. Have a look at the carefully selected wine list, which contains two or three gems. Perfect for summer.
