This cider house brings the essence of traditional Basque sagardotegis to the centre of Bilbao. Although there is an à la carte menu and several set options, the best choice is the classic menu: chorizo cooked in cider, cod omelette, cod in pilpil sauce, T-bone steak and cheese, all accompanied by the txotx ritual, with cider poured straight from the kupela kegs. The service is friendly, attentive and efficient, even when the place is packed.
