A revamped classic Bilbao establishment dating from 1878. Very welcoming bistro in the old town with a small terrace. Delicious, traditional food with a few contemporary touches. The Bilbao de Toda la Vida set menu, the Olivier salad made with fried egg mayonnaise, the spider crab and seafood cannelloni, and the famous grilled prawns are much recommended. Fast, attentive staff. Reasonable prices.
