This project started off more than twenty years ago as the creation of a group of friends, and to this day it maintains the same enthusiasm and values. With a history linked to the environment, it is a faithful example of Basque values. Traditional flavours based on ingredients from local producers. Excellent set lunch menu and good weekend menu. Don’t miss the tripe stew, one of the house specialities, or the white beans with octopus. Slow-cooked dishes you won’t easily forget.
