Specialising in Wagyu raised on their own farm in Burgos, they offer a wide range of cuts and preparations: carpaccio, cured meats, burgers, T-bone steak, tartare and a rib rack that shouldn’t be missed. On the estate they also raise red-legged partridges and produce natural wines that can be enjoyed at the restaurant.
