Sharing the ground floor of the Puente Colgante Boutique Hotel with El Paladar by Zuriñe García, this restaurant takes a completely different approach. Here the dining room smells of tradition, of home cooking, of traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. The menu is dominated by soups and stews, local produce and classic dishes from the Vizcaya recipe book. Don’t miss the tuna marmitako, the potatoes in green sauce or the Vizcaya-style tripe and snouts. A bar with a tapas menu, a terrace and a dining room with plenty of light, views of the estuary, checkered tablecloths and Duralex crockery. You can’t go wrog here!
