Farmhouse in the Atxondo Valley where Tetsuro Maeda offers his original vision of the classic Basque grill house with a focus on simplicity and the quality of the products. Guests can enjoy a single tasting menu that combines Basque and Japanese traditions in a nod to the chef’s native land. It’s an overall experience as all tables are served simultaneously. Starters are served at the kitchen while looking at the grill and then the show continues in the dining room with fish and T-bone steak. The service could be improved. Please be punctual.
