After several years in Lekeitio, Chef Sergio Ortiz de Zarate moved his business to downtown Bilbao. The restaurant has its own gourmet fishmonger’s shop next door. Contemporary décor, intimate ambiance and outdoor terrace. Exceptionally prepared fresh products brought directly from nearby fish markets. Traditional Basque cuisine that’s constantly evolving and innovative in its presentation. Order à la carte or try the eleven-course gastronomic menu. Don’t pass on the red sea bream or the turbot.
