Haute cuisine at popular prices inside the IAAC Pablo Serrano Museum. The tasting menu strikes a perfect balance of technique and flavour, requiring no deciphering to be fully enjoyed. From the aubergine tartare to the tropical dessert, via an oxtail taco with sake, the menu blends flavours from here and there with ease, without showiness, but with clear intent and good stocks. A weekday set lunch menu is also available. The bright, simple dining room is run by a friendly and attentive team. An enjoyable experience.
