Nanín Pérez brings his talent to the fore in this beautifully designed space with just five tables and a private room. With refined technique, deeply flavoured stocks and knowledge of local ingredients, he delivers an elegant take on the Alicante culinary tradition. Dishes such as clótxinas with asparagus, coca with tuna, red mullet stew, sweet fruit ceviche and flan with carob chantilly are all winners.
