In this small restaurant, with space for just a dozen diners, Mediterranean cuisine meets flavours from places as diverse as the Netherlands, Mexico, Peru and Japan. The tasting menu stands out for its creativity, avant-garde techniques and use of local ingredients. Uniquely, it’s served in reverse order: after a series of well-executed appetisers come the main courses, followed by vegetables, a starter and finally dessert. On the à la carte menu, the cauliflower bonbon and the risotto of artisalan gurullos risotto with mushrooms and red prawn from Almería are two of their star dishes. An original experience to enjoy with all five senses.
