Their cooking is a clear statement of intent: Asturian products, time-honoured recipes and stews with real soul. The menu is short, changes with the market and is cooked fresh each day. The space retains the simple charm of old-school bars, and the service is friendly and unfussy. A must-stop for eating as it used to be—only better.
