This grill house is set in an old colonial mansion and run by Chef Javier Rodríguez. The unique space resembles a museum or an antique shop, decorated with countless artworks, sculptures, paintings and vintage lamps. In the dining room, where the oven is in full view of the guests, the house specialities are traditional roasts such as suckling pig and lamb. Other popular dishes include scrambled eggs with mushrooms and boletus, artichokes, asparagus and breaded lamb sweetbreads with fried garlic. A good spot to enjoy time-honoured, traditional cuisine.
