Since 1974, this restaurant has been serving traditional Castilian cuisine. The star dish is the tostón de Arévalo, an exquisite suckling pig roasted in a wood-fired oven. The menu also features other classics such as roast lamb shoulder, Arévalo T-bone steak, Castilian soup and white beans from La Moraña. The offering is rounded off with several set menus, including one for children. It has a bright, welcoming main dining room and a larger one for celebrations and events. Honest, traditional cooking at its best.
