An informal haute cuisine project by Juan Manuel Salgado, one of the most promising young chefs from Extremadura. His proposal is based on absolute respect for the product, refined technique and a reinterpretation of regional tradition. He offers two tasting menus: one featuring his most iconic dishes and a more extensive, seasonal one that changes throughout the year. The carefully curated wine list includes both Extremaduran and national labels. The elegant, light-filled dining room has just five tables and a small bar facing the kitchen. There is also a pleasant terrace suitable for events. A promising present and future.
