In the centre of Centelles, this restaurant welcomes diners into a carefully curated setting. A dining room with six tables and a private room frame a Catalan cuisine that revisits classics from the traditional repertoire. Gerard Fortuny works with long-simmered stocks, produce from his own garden and a high level of technique, shaping dishes such as chicken and langoustines surf and turf and veal cheeks. Diners can choose between an executive menu, two tasting menus or an à la carte option, with the option of adding a selection of cheeses. Service is warm, the wine list stands out, and talent is evident in every detail.
