Founded in 1995, this restaurant is one of the city’s references for Basque cuisine. At the entrance, the bar invites informal grazing, while the dining rooms with linen-draped tables allow for a proper meal. Here tradition leads the way, without distractions or passing trends. The key lies in simplicity and well-treated ingredients. The croquettes, cod omelette and hake loin never disappoint. The wine list accompanies with fairly moderate prices. Booking is advisable, as it tends to fill up. A classic that never disappoints.
