Inside the NH Collection Palacio de Burgos Hotel, Chef Agustí Gebellí’s proposal embraces seasonal cooking with traditional roots and a modern touch, always guided by local ingredients. The menu changes throughout the year, though dishes such as rosemary-ash roast kid shoulder, Iberian pork stew and cod ajoarriero or zarandeado often shine. A weekday set menu is also available. The dining room is spacious and bright, with linen-draped tables, and service is friendly and attentive.
