An honest and moving experience led by Diego García. Here he showcases his technique, deep respect for local ingredients and Cantabrian tradition through an à la carte menu and two tasting menus that vary according to the season. His original approach includes dishes such as sweet and sour carrots, pickled cream and cow's cheese, smoked Tudanca picanha, black monkfish with baby broad beans and pig's trotter juice, and Liébana venison. In this small two-storey restaurant, guests can eat in the peaceful dining room or at the bar while watching the dishes being prepared. A place with a soul of its own that leaves a lasting impression.
