An original and casual concept that perfectly blends the Jerez roots of the chef and his partner, who runs the front of house, with their professional experience in the Basque Country. Highlights include the gilda, potato salad, beef or red tuna tartare, poached egg with foie gras and seasonal mushrooms, braised cheek bao bun and tripe—though truthfully, everything is delicious. The wine list features a wide selection of sherries. The charming space, with a bar and just five high tables, is small, so booking is recommended. Cheap and cheerful.
